II. Services

The Seller offers products and accessories for card games, table-top games and collectible card games.

III. Responsability

The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or content of the website, including the products sold therein.

IV. Orders, payment methods and cancellation

Clients must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email with details of the products ordered and the total cost. Seller reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers can cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, the customer can fill out the appropriate form on the site (LINK) or send an email to sales@mezzocieloandfriends.com.

V. Shipments and Delivery

We deliver all over the world.

We offer shipments with and without tracking code.

The products for sale purchased from www.mezzocieloandfriends.com will be shipped within two working days of the order.

Pre-order products purchased from www.mezzocieloandfriends.com will be shipped by the date indicated in the product description at the time of purchase. If difficulties or unforeseen events should arise during production, the Seller will notify the customer of the delay, and the goods will be shipped within a maximum of 60 days from the date indicated at the time of purchase.

Once shipped, the goods will be delivered within 2-30 working days, depending on the final destination and the shipping method chosen by the customer.

VI. Guarantess and Warranty

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods purchased have no defects at the time of sale.

In particular, the Seller guarantees that:

The goods have the characteristics indicated on the site at the time of purchase by the Customer, including dimensions.
The goods are usable for the purposes indicated by the Seller, or for the purposes for which they are commonly used.
The goods comply with legal requirements.

The aforementioned guarantees do not apply to:

Products which, due to declared production defects, have a reduced price for this very reason
Products worn due to their normal use over time
Products worn out of necessity by their very nature.

VII. Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Customers can communicate their intention to withdraw their purchase by filling out the appropriate form on the site (LINK) or by sending an email to sales@mezzocieloandfriends.com.

The goods must be returned by the customer at his expense in the same condition in which they were received.
Once the goods have returned to our warehouse and the conditions have been verified, the refund will be made.
